Harvest Wines

Gewurztraminer d'Alsace

gewtardifLate Harvest wines are produced from Riesling, Muscat, Pinot Gris and Gewurztraminer grapes, which are picked when over-ripe, often several weeks after the beginning of the harvest.

These wines are very aromatic and powerful due to the high sugar level and the aromas developed by the over-maturation of the grapes.

This late harvest is velvety and offers an array of spicy and floral aromas which will evolve and improve over years of cellaring.

Pinot Gris d'Alsace

pinotgrisvtStrong aromas of quince and ripe grapes can be perceived in this wine. 10 to 15 years of cellaring can only perfect it.

Riesling d'Alsace

rieslingvtThis exceptional wine displays outstanding complexity. Although the sugar/alcohol levels are high, the wine retains a lovely freshness along with the concentrated fruit characteristic of this grape variety.
